Elizabeth Ho and Kelsey Green bring deep experience in business transactions and corporate law
KO has expanded its business and corporate practice with the addition of two new attorneys, Elizabeth Ho and Kelsey Green.
“As a firm, we’re seeing tremendous growth, thanks in large part to our unique client-centric approach and focus on understanding business needs,” said Ben Oelsner, partner at KO. “We’re thrilled to welcome two highly-talented attorneys, Kelsey and Elizabeth, to our growing team.”
Elizabeth Ho focuses her practice on business transactions, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining KO, Elizabeth practiced in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award and the Nathan Burkan Memorial Award for the best paper on copyright law. Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth worked as an economic consultant focused on intellectual property issues. Elizabeth’s business background and M.B.A. serve her well in providing practical business advice to KO’s clients, which is a hallmark of KO’s practice. She received her B.S. and B.A., with distinction, from the University of California, Berkeley.
Kelsey Green has built a practice centered around business transactions and corporate law, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing corporate governance matters. Kelsey’s experience involves the representation of financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private M&A, as well as documenting complex corporate transactions, including investments and joint ventures, reorganizations, venture capital investments, and divestitures. Kelsey has advised domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of industries, including renewable energy, technology, healthcare, telecommunications, real estate, and gaming.
Prior to joining KO, Kelsey practiced in the Denver office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Kelsey graduated cum laude from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law with senior research honors and received her BA with high honors from the College of William & Mary.
