Jon Taylor Named Managing Partner at KO Law Firm

Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO Law Firm) has named Jon Taylor as the firm’s new Managing Partner. In his new role, Jon will help guide KO’s strategic vision and oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations. He will also continue to serve clients, as part of his corporate transactional law practice.
Based in Denver and Boulder, KO is an innovative corporate and commercial law firm with a team of experienced lawyers and a practical, efficient, business-focused approach. KO has been instrumental in building and supporting the Colorado business and entrepreneurial infrastructure, through ongoing work with Colorado’s incubators and accelerators, venture capital funds, early stage and venture-backed companies and presenting at legal and business conferences.

Jon has extensive experience in emerging company issues, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, and is passionate about working with entrepreneurs from formation through multiple rounds of financing and, eventually, exit transactions.
Jon has been with KO for 17 years and graduated from Duke Law School, magna cum laude, and was elected to the Order of the Coif, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder, summa cum laude.
