Dan Fredrickson Promoted to Partner at KO

DENVER – Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO) is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Fredrickson to partner, effective January 2018. Dan represents clients in connection with a wide range of complex commercial and technology transactions. For many clients, Dan serves in the capacity of outside general counsel and as the primary contact for legal advice and assistance.

Dan represents clients of all sizes, from early stage startup companies to public and multinational corporations, in a wide array of industries, including software, information technology, clean tech, renewable and conventional energy, life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products, and retail.
Dan is admitted to practice law in Colorado and California. Prior to joining KO, Dan served as general counsel for a venture-backed technology company. He received his law degree with a certificate in entrepreneurial law from the University of Colorado Law School where he was an editor of the Law Review, and he received a bachelor of science in business administration, with honors, from Pepperdine University.
