Watchmaker Genomics Leases New Facility

KO client Watchmaker Genomics, a biotechnology company that specializes in advanced enzymology to develop precision tools for life sciences, recently announced that it has signed a long-term lease for about 100,000 square feet at Flatiron Park in Boulder. The new space will more than double the company’s manufacturing capacity.
