Taylor is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions and corporate law, including entity formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions and general corporate matters. Taylor advises clients across a range of industries, from startups to established companies.
Prior to joining KO Law, Taylor practiced at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance Transactions group, where she advised clients on financings, corporate governance, and both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Taylor received a B.A. in Environmental Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where she served as staff editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing sand volleyball, hiking, watching live music, and finding any opportunity to spend time in the Colorado outdoors.
