Samantha Pjesky

Samantha is a corporate attorney who specializes in the representation of companies throughout their lifecycle, including entity formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters.  Samantha has substantial experience across multiple industries, including technology, consumer products, telecommunications, healthcare and energy.  Prior to joining KO, Samantha was a corporate attorney in the Denver, Colorado office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Samantha earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was elected Order of the Coif and served as Lead Production Editor on the University of Colorado Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, graduating with distinction from the University of Colorado. Prior to attending law school, Samantha spent several years promoting the all-natural sparkling fruit juices of IZZE Beverage Company, through its sale to PepsiCo in 2006.

In addition to crushing deals, Samantha loves eating good food every day, seeing live music, baseball, laughing (a lot) and partaking in the usual list of Colorado activities.
