Melissa Mellen

Melissa specializes in general corporate and business law. She represents companies and investors in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, company formations, general advice and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining KO, Melissa practiced in the Palo Alto, California office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Melissa graduated cum laude from University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she was a Senior Articles Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. Melissa received a BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University.  Away from work, you will likely find Melissa outside at a park or farmers market with her two small daughters or trying new Denver restaurants with her husband.
