KO expands contracts management again: Adds Contract Management Expert Julie Salyer

Growing to accommodate demand and add additional skills to the contracts management team, KO Law Firm announced the addition of contract management expert Julie Salyer.

“Julie’s extensive in-house experience resonates with clients because she’s been in their shoes and understands how contracts management impacts business priorities,” said KO Partner Ben Oelsner. “We’re thrilled to add her to our rapidly growing contracts management team to help clients take a proactive and efficient approach to contracts management.”

Julie has more than 11 years of experience working in-house in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. Her knowledge spans the full contract lifecycle management including drafting and improving templates, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, through post-execution management of contracts. Julie also has extensive experience working with sales teams and providing quick responses to ensure tight deadlines are met.

Prior to joining KO, Julie served as the sole in-house legal operations point of contact for reviewing, vetting, and responding to a variety of operational legal requests. Julie graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management and Legal Studies. She later earned her Paralegal certificate.

In her spare time, Julie likes to travel, camp, hike, ski, and visit with family back in Indiana.

As a legal services innovator, KO offers contracts management solutions that allow emerging and established growth companies to save time and money on their contracting process, while building better engagement and retention with clients and partners.
