The partners of KKO (Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner), a corporate transactional and business law firm established in 2003, and headquartered in Denver and Boulder, Colorado, announced that the firm is rebranding as KO (Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis), while keeping its core expertise intact. KO’s nineteen attorneys remain dedicated to mergers & acquisitions, financial institutions, private equity funds, venture capitalists, startups, angel investors, and technology and commercial transactions throughout the US and abroad.
